it's my first post! i feel like i should say something clever, but i've got nothing. i'm just sitting here at work, counting down the days and hours til Christmas. (12 days and 5 hours left of work, by the way). in truth, it is bittersweet. i have to say that working for my dad has been awesome. we have lunch together almost everyday and it is doubly sweet to finish a project or accomplish something not just for my boss but for my dad. he and i have very similar personalities and get along together so well. i will miss him immensely. however, i am getting a little tired of working in an office, at a computer 40 hours a week. especially on days where there's not much to do, it can get very boring here.
so, that said, i am in a wierd place right now. excited for the next stage, the move, a new start... but scared to leave my family, my home, my job, and the state where i've lived all of my life. (for all you texas haters, it's not that bad!) when i get too down though, i just think of Maddox's baby cheeks and it's all better! hahaha. yes, i love the baby cheeks.
back to work.

It is always hard to leave what you are familiar with. I'm going to miss you when you're gone. It's been nice to have another sister in town.
Kendall- I can only imagine how hard it would be to leave the place I grew up and leave all of my family. I look up to you for being able to do it with such excitement. I think you and Danny are so awesome! I can't wait for you to be here with us for New Years. I can't wait to touch Maddox' baby cheeks too. I hope they come soon. I'm dyin' over here. If you and Dan change your minds and want to stay close to all the Phoenix baby cheeks... I won't be upset. See you soon! Love you!

You will be missed dearly if you leave Kendall. Hannah is right it is nice having another sister around! Rachel and Christy would be lucky to have you. But I know that you and Daniel will do great wherever you go! We all love you guys!
